When we were briefed by our clients at Upzelo, we were really excited about the clear direction they gave us and the creative freedom to shape the campaign.
Since Upzelo operates in the e-commerce space, it can sometimes be tough to create content that feels fresh and exciting, but we were determined to break away from the typical approach and make something truly memorable.
We decided to go with a cinematic lifestyle campaign that featured UI animation. This approach was designed to walk users smoothly through the customer membership processes, making everything feel simple and stress-free and ultimately helping businesses retain loyal customers. The client provided us with their initial assets, and we worked to integrate them seamlessly into the campaign’s lifestyle elements. We made sure to keep a clear narrative running throughout, with cast members demonstrating key features like sharing discount codes, highlighting membership benefits, and promoting bonus features for staying signed up.
We also added a voice-over to explain the process, but we were careful to visually showcase the Upzelo app’s UI through our animations. This helped keep the content easy to follow and engaging, without getting too technical.
